Portuguese prawn fritters recipe

You can use cooked prawns for this, as the little fritters fry very fast, but be sure to make small pancakes and get them in and out of the pan quickly!

60g (2oz) plain flour
75g (2?oz) chickpea flour
? onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
4 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
225g (8oz) small cooked prawns, coarsely chopped
groundnut oil for frying
