Daisy cake decoration

Orange sugar balls

Edible glue

The laborious part of this decoration is to prepare the candy sticks. Cut each 3cm stick in half lengthwise and cut each end into a point.

You need about 500! Each flower is made of a ball of white icing cut in half, dipped in pink nonpareils and stuck with the candy ‘petals’. Once the flowers are stuck on the cake the lime green balls are rolled in like pinballs.
